Shipping/Returns

Shipping:

Free domestic shipping on all orders (within the United States only)

For all domestic orders with free shipping, please allow 5-10 business days for your item(s) to be  fulfilled unless stated otherwise in the product description. (*it will most likely take a LONGER during big drops, holidays, or sales). All custom jewelry takes 4-5 weeks to fulfill.  International orders outside of the United States should allow 2-4 weeks for shipping depending on where your item is being shipped.

*Please allow 24-72 hours once your order has shipped for tracking information to become available on the usps site

**We are not responsible for delays due to the Post Office.  We are not responsible for misplaced items (i.e lost or stolen packages) once we have successful delivery confirmation from the address you provided

International Shipping:

There is a flat rate of $17.50 to ship any order outside of the United States. (Shipping is a flat rate of $14 anywhere in Canada).  If you would like a return receipt to keep track of your order it is a flat rate of $35

 

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  We are not responsible for packages held at customs. (For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.)

 

Returns:

You may send back most new, unopened/unworn items, with tags still attached (excluding jewelry, pop grips, keychains, hats, knives, lanyards) within 21 days of date received for store credit.  You must email us first before returning (shopluxrosa@gmail.com) or go onto our website and request a 'return request'.  If the item has not been returned to us within 21 days of date received, it will not be eligible for a store credit (no exceptions). We'll take care of the return shipping costs only if the return is because of our error (i.e. you received a defective item or incorrect item different from what your invoice states, etc).  If the exchange is not due to our error, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us with a tracking number. 

If it is an International order, item(s) must be returned to us with 30 days of purchase date.

**ALL JEWELRY IS FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS

**** Any items bought during one of our major yearly sales (i.e. Anniversary Sale, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Memorial Day, etc) CANNOT be returned or exchanged.  All sales are final.

 

***When you ship your item(s), be sure to send it First Class with delivery confirmation so that we can track the order. Once your item is received by us and the return is processed, we will reimburse any shipping costs incurred only if returned as a result of our error.

*If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu and click the "Return Item(s)" button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

*WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON JEWELRY, SLIDES, HATS, POP GRIPS, KEYCHAINS, KNIVES, OR SWIMWEAR. ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO EXCEPTIONS

**ONCE A CUSTOM ORDER IS PLACED FOR JEWELRY, IT CAN NOT BE MODIFIED OR CANCELLED. NOT EXCEPTIONS.  WE START CRAFTING CUSTOM ORDERS IMMEDIATELY
